Unleashed Brands has named James Franks as Chief Franchise Officer, returning after leading franchise development at WellBiz Brands. In his new role, Franks will oversee franchise development across the entire Unleashed Brands portfolio, which includes brands like The Little Gym and Sylvan Learning, aiming to enhance support for franchisees and drive growth.

Unleashed Brands has appointed James Franks as its new chief franchise officer. Franks previously served as the company's vice president of franchise recruitment from 2019 to 2025 before leading franchise development at WellBiz Brands. In his new role, he will oversee franchise development efforts across Unleashed Brands' portfolio, which includes notable franchises such as The Little Gym, Sylvan Learning, Snapology, Class 101, Premier Martial Arts, Urban Air, and Water Wing Swim School.
Franks expressed his enthusiasm for returning to Unleashed Brands, highlighting his passion for both entrepreneurship and improving children's lives.
