Christian Brothers Automotive expands into its 31st state with 14 new franchise awards and notable innovation.

Christian Brothers Automotive reports strong growth with 14 new franchise awards, 339 locations open, and 96 planned openings. The brand is entering its 31st state with a new location in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and a site secured for Las Vegas, marking significant expansion momentum in 2026.
This expansion indicates increasing demand and strategic territory growth for franchisees, potentially enhancing unit economics as new markets are tapped.
Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) is reporting substantial mid-year growth in 2026, with 14 new franchise awards issued, bringing its total to 339 operational locations and 96 more in the pipeline. The brand, recognized for its people-first approach to automotive repair, has entered its 31st state with the opening of a new location in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and is on track to add Nevada as its 32nd state with a site secured in Las Vegas.
The recent franchise awards span a diverse array of markets, including cities such as Boerne, Texas; Charleston, South Carolina; and Indianapolis, Indiana. Notably, two awards were distributed to graduates of CBA's Future Franchise Leadership Academy (FFLA), which aims to cultivate new franchise owners. Wes Prichard will manage a resale location in Loveland, Ohio, while Jeremy Winters will open a new site in Lenexa, Kansas. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of CBA's development programs and reinforces the quality of its franchisees.
In his remarks, Brad Fink, Chief Growth Officer of CBA, expressed satisfaction with the results, stating, “Seeing two Future Franchise Leadership Academy graduates earn their own locations in the same award cycle is the kind of thing that reinforces why we do this work. Our goal has always been to grow thoughtfully by finding the right people for the right markets, and moments like these are a good reminder that the process is working.”
In addition to its franchise expansion, CBA has garnered three accolades from Franchise Business Review, including Top Franchises for Culture and Top Franchises for Women, further solidifying its reputation in the industry. CBA also introduced "Trust Builders," an initiative designed to enhance the customer experience through digital vehicle inspections, improving communication of vehicle needs to clients.
These developments appear to signal a robust operational health for CBA, reflecting strategic growth and strong franchisee satisfaction. Observers may want to monitor how CBA sustains this expansion pace through the remainder of the year, particularly in light of the newly opened locations and ongoing franchisee support initiatives.
